Session Title: Fractions of an Inch Matter: Postioning to Capture Subjective Bid Points Sometimes the lowest bid does win. Sometimes. But often it’s much better to be deemed the best value than the lowest price. The challenge, of course, is that value is subjective. This session explores the psycho-social aspects of the bid submission and evaluation process.
